For years the locals from the surrounding Long Island have been loading up their boats and setting out for this incredible place... Once ashore they beach their wooden boats and follow the sound of the Latin Mambo, and the aroma of the sizzling Cuban Bar-B-Que to a meeting place filled with family, and friends. It's been said that you can see the flames dancing to the music around a bounty of savory fresh seafood, specially marinated meats, fresh vegetables, and just baked Cuban bread sandwiches and grilled flatbreads. The freshly harvested veggies are tossed into giant salads, and the just picked luscious and sweet, island fruits are blended into tropical drinks.
